Fusion UK Payroll: For Some Employees when Enter Qualifying Scheme Component There Are No List of Values Provided (Doc ID 2504430.1)

Our staging date for pensions auto enrollment is 1/10/2015; however, we have employees who have joined the pension scheme prior to that date.

For such employees, we have created the 'Pensions & Benefits' calculation date as of the employee's actual date of joining the pension scheme e.g. 20/2/2014 (i.e. earlier than the staging date). We have then created the employee's Pensions Automatic Enrollment calculation card as of the staging date i.e. 1/10/2015. We have then tried to manually enrol the employee by adding the following details:

Employee Classification : Eligible Jobholder
Eligible Jobholder Date: 1/10/2015
Active Qualifying Scheme Name: LG2
Qualifying Scheme Joining Method: Manually Enrolled
Qualifying Scheme Joining Date: 1/10/2015

However, when we try and enter a value for 'Qualifying Scheme Component', there are no values in the list of values.

Please would you confirm how employees who have joined a pension scheme prior to the company's pensions auto enrollment staging date should be set up in Oracle?
