Cannot Edit Conditional in Rich Text Attribute Templates When Using Google Chrome (Doc ID 2504584.1)

When attempting to edit a conditional inside of a rich text attribute template in Chrome, the edit box never shows up.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In Chrome, Navigate to Admin > Process Definition > List Text Library Templates.
  2. Open the template in question.
  3. Double click one of the pencils next to a conditional.
