Business Process Record Cannot Be Processed Through Workflow Due To Rule Validation Problem (Doc ID 2504673.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 18.8.3.6

When processing a Business Process (BP) record, there is a Rule that has validation having to do with a "Date" value that Unifier is not processing correctly.  An error message that indicates the Date doesn't meet the validation criteria is displayed when users try to Send the record to the next step in the workflow (WF). However, upon reviewing the values in the BP record, the error should not be occurring.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier Environment.
  2. Navigate to Project/Shell where the issue can be replicated > BP Node > BP Name > Open the BP record # BP-0001 > Attempt to process the record to next step in WF > Click Send.
  3. Receive referenced error indicating the record dates do not meet the Rule validation criteria.
