Symptoms

 
When attempting to run user adoption dashboard using Sames Manager user, the following error occurs.

Error getting drill information: SELECT "Active Days Facts"."# of Active Days" saw_0, "Channel"."Channel" saw_1 FROM "Sales - CRM Resource System usage" WHERE ("Time"."Month" = VALUEOF ("CURRENT_MONTH"))

Error Details:
Error Codes: YQCO4T56:OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:OI2DL65P
Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW).
State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred.

State: HY000. Code: 43113. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS.

1. Retrieve the User Adoption Dashboard through https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/278f67ae52

2. Import the .catalog in Shared/Custom

3. Login as Sales Manager

4. Open the dashboard
