Price Conversion Is Not Working In The Service Contract (Doc ID 2505102.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Service Contract

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Price conversion is not working in the service contract

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If Contract Currency is changed then the change should stay set even if a Line is added to the contract

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up multiple Price Lists (one for GBP and one for USD)
2. Check the "Allow Currency Override" check-box
3. Create a contract under a BU that has currency set to "USD - US Dollar"
4. Change the currency to "GBP- Pound Sterling"
5. Add a line to the contract
6. After Adding line, currency is automatically changed back to USD.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change the Currency on a Contract because it will just change back whenever a line is added to the contract
