Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Primavera Cloud SAML Users are getting Password reset alerts from Oracle OIM / Cloud Administration Application. SSO/SAML Authentication is not handled by Oracle, so users should not be getting password reset messages because authentication is handled by customer self-hosted systems.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

SAML / SSO user accounts should not be receiving password reset emails from OIM / Cloud Administration Application.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User with SSO / SAML account receives password reset email from OIM / Cloud Administration Application.
2. Causes user confusion because passwords are not managed by Oracle.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users should not receive password reset emails from Oracle.
