Symptoms
When attempting to write and validate Sourcing Approval Rules in BPM the following error occurs:

RUL-05717: The identifier "CurrencyConversionGlobal" is not valid here
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go into the rules in BPM
2. Write the rules with the identifier "CurrencyConversionGlobal"
3. Validate
4. Error
Due to this issue, users cannot write and deploy desired rules.
