When Printing the Activities View to PDF With Progress Spotlight on, it Does not Show on the PDF. (Doc ID 2505375.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

When Printing the Activities View to PDF with Progress Spotlight on, it does not show on the PDF.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

When Printing the Activities View to PDF with Progress Spotlight on, it shows on the PDF.

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a Project and go to the Schedule, Activities View.
2. Set up the Gantt to show Progress Spotlight (select Gantt Settings on the
bottom-right section of the Gantt and select Progress Spotlight).
3. Select the option to Print to PDF icon. Notice the PDF does not show the
Progress Spotlight highlighting.

BUSINESS IMPACT:

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot print the Activities View with Progress Spotlight highlighting.
