Symptoms
Can not submit "Bill Of lading" from OB Load Page even after the "Company Report Type" setup.
We are getting errors
ERROR

"There are errors with this report, which prevents it from being executed or scheduled. Please edit report to view and fix errors." error.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Bill of Lading using WebReports.
2. Set Company Parameters.
3. Attempt to run report - get error.
