Blank 'Error(s)/Warning(s)' Are Displayed When Trying to Send a Record to the Next Step in the Workflow in the New UI

When trying to Send a workflow type Business Process record to the next step in the workflow, an error/warning window pops up but is empty/blank.
The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:
- Sign into Unifier and enable the new UI (Standard View).
- Open a workflow type Business Process record where some Action can be taken.
- In a Text type Data Element field that allows 4000 characters, copy/paste a very long string.
- Click Send.
- The message There are too many characters. Enter 4000 or fewer characters, no more displays just below the relevant field and there is also a blank 'Errors and Warnings' window with no indication of the error description and location of the error.
