Goal

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Set Up FCR-Define Ledgers

Unable to attach table value set to a segment

User is trying attach table value set to a segment giving error message: "The value set XX_PROJECT_NUMBER does not include the value attribute column FLEX_VALUE_ATTRIBUTE2. (FND-2653)
In application 101, key flexfield GL#, structure INSP ACC FLEX, and segment PROJECT, default value set XX_PROJECT_NUMBER does not have the value attribute column FLEX_VALUE_ATTRIBUTE2 for value attribute DETAIL_BUDGETING_ALLOWED of segment label GL_GLOBAL."
