API Error "error_code: 9999 Error Desc Not Found." Returned With Create API In Instantis EnterpriseTrack (Doc ID 2505899.1)

When attempting to use the create API for resources with custom fields the following error occurs.

        <response_desc>Error Desc Not Found. error_code : 9999</response_desc>


  1. Locate template on local system
  2. Update Template with New Data to be generated in system
  3. Access API as before
  4. Post Create template

Result: Error as described above for XML language


  1. New Custom Fields were added to the account where API was being attempted.
  2. The Account had recently been upgraded just prior to the attempt at using create API template.
