Symptoms

We are getting below error when trying to reach (Oracle Analytics Cloud):
https://XXX.XX.XX.XXX/dv/ui
http://servername.domainname.com/analytics

"Failure of Web Server bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent."

Database is available and able to run queries on it.

Tried to restart server in 'Oracle Cloud My Services' but without any effect.
