When attempting to use New UI: ESS-> My Payment Method -> Edit icon is not working

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. using New UI: ESS-> went to My Payment Method;
2. trying to Edit, using icon (pencil icon);
3. observing that is not working.

Number of users impacted by this issue: Five or more employees.
