Particular Widget Missing From Component Tray Though it was installed successfully

Symptoms
A Particular Widget missing from component Tray .That widget was Successfully added to the Instance but still missing in the component tray under the Grid View of a Layout.
Product Details component should be visible in the component tray after a successful upload.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. <LOGIN> into < CCADMIN DOMIAN NAME>
2. Now goto 'Design' >Components and Now search for the widget
3. Goto Grid view of that widget and search in the component tray for that widget.
