Taleo SSO Does Not Logout - Loops Back and Logs User Back in Instead (Bug) (Doc ID 2506140.1)

Symptoms

 When Taleo user that was logged in through the SSO logs out of Taleo, a message is received stating that they are logged out.  But when they click the OK button, they are logged back in to Taleo.

Changes

 Appears to occur on Taleo versions prior to 17.6.3 when the Bug Fix was applied.
