Random Timestamp When Do CP on NFS Share with NFSv4.1 (Doc ID 2506183.1)

Symptoms

Copying files from NFS client machine to NFS  share it picking random dates. 

[root@<NFS_CLIENT> nfsshare]# ls -la | grep -i test
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 0 Feb 13 16:02 test
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 0 Jan 17 1970 test1 <==== Random date
[root@<NFS_CLIENT> nfsshare]#

The problem should only apply to zero-length files
