Symptoms

When attempting to create Item Level 1 Desc in analysis in the Retail Insights, the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW)."


Steps To Reproduce:

1. The above error message is displayed while using the Item Level 1 Desc in analysis.
