Symptoms

When a single user is attempting to launch Heat Map for Resource Listing Page, the following Message occurs.

ERROR

Fatal Error TreeGrid cannot render.

STEPS

  1. User Accesses Instantis
  2. Navigates to Resource Listing Page
  3. Accesses "Heat Map" Tab

The page does not go through a normal process, it instead Loads "Fatal Error TreeGrid cannot render."
