On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Knowledge Management

Issues Create Knowledge Article using seeded HR Help Desk Manager role

Customer has the below roles

  ORA_SVC_HUMAN_RESOURCE_HELP_DESK_MANAGER_JOB
  ORA_CSO_KNOWLEDGE_AUTHOR_HCM_JOB

But still 'Create Article' button is not enable for the customer.
