Unable To See Backdated Data In Secondary Ledger (Doc ID 2506532.1)

Goal

In the setup is already existing Primary Ledger. After that was created secondary ledger at Journal level. Cannot see any backdated data. Even cannot see any request "SLA Secondary/ALC Ledger Historic Upgrade" which were there in EBS Suit.
