Symptoms
Freezing while updating the Chart of Accounts mapping with Secondary Ledger
Steps:
1- Open Financials > Define Common Applications Configuration for Financials > Define Enterprise Structures for Financials > Define Financial Reporting Structures > Define Chart of Accounts > Manage Chart of Accounts Mapping
2- Click Edit button on existing mapping already to update it.
3- Enter "Account Rules" tab.
4- Add new line of mapping fill-down all required field as usual.
-- target account has been entered.
-- source account filter.
---- Account segment filter has been selected and account value has been selected.
5- Press Save button or save and close.
6- the page is frozen. no any response
I've tried different web browsers , but same issue exist.
