Person Rates Import Process Run Successfully But No Person Rate Is Really Loaded (Doc ID 2506556.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
Person Rates import process run successfully but no person rate is really loaded

Using the ProjectRateScheduleImportTemplate.xlsm file for creating the CSV, the "Load Interface File for Import" process was used, and completed successfully.

Person Rates tab were successfully processed with no errors.

However, in the manage rate schedules task, no person rate among those loaded appears.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Imported Person Rates should be visible from 'Manage rate schedules' task

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Used ProjectRateScheduleImportTemplate.xlsm file for creating the CSV,
2. then "Load Interface File for Import" process was used, and completed successfully.
3. Checked 'Manage rate schedules' task - no person rate among those loaded appears.
