Inability To View More Records On Clicking "Load More Items" On "View Person Process Results" Page

When navigating to “View Process Results” after having entered a search criteria for a person, the bottom right corner reflects more records are available to load, however on clicking on Load More Items, it does not return the additional items.
With the automatic filter of 30 days it says there are 14 items. When the filter is applied to be from 1/1/18 to today, it only shows 12 items though.
On filtering further to Process = Payroll calculation, we see another payroll for 10/12/18, but we can’t navigate to those records unless we search the person from the main search screen with an As of Effective date of 10/12/18.
When we do this, we again get a result showing there are 1-12 of 14 items and it does allow us to Load more items and see the additional 2 items.
