In an out-of-box Fusion-Taleo integration, a user was rehired in Fusion with a different account in Fusion. However after the Fusion Employee / User exports to Taleo the person ends up with new Taleo user/candidate accounts (or there are errors associated with the integration attempting to create new user/candidate Taleo accounts).
