PRC:SSP: Categories Disappear in Purchasing Catalog Category Browsing

Goal
Requirement is to be able to view all available categories after clicking on one. Currently after clicking on one category, the remaining list of categories disappears.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Purchasing Catalog hierarchy (browsing categories) - click on the browsing category link itself, items will be displayed but once you click on one, all of the remaining categories disappear.
2. To switch to another category, user must go completely out of the screen and back in.
