Goal

While uploading inventory transactions using FBDI, customer provides origination_date in FBDI template,
the upload process takes date on the FBDI as the UTC dates but when we view in 'Manage Lots' the date
taken as User timezone (converted from UTC dates in database) for 'Origination Date'. But for
lot_expiration_date, the expiration date is based on shelf life if item control is set to
'Item self life days' but the UI does not convert that back to local/user timezone but it shows in UTC time.

Is timezone conversion available on Lot Expiration in 'Manage Lots' UI?
