Symptoms

Problem Description:

When attempting to extend a job offer to a candidate, one of the following errors occur:

There was a problem with the job offer letter. (IRC-1590302)
This job offer cannot be extended because the job offer letter was not created by the BI Publisher server.

 

The job offer couldn't be extended.  There was a problem with the job offer letter. (IRC-1590777) 
The job offer can't be extended because the job offer letter wasn't created by the BI Publisher server.
