Symptoms
While trying to execute REST api to retrieve process definitions as per documentation
https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/process-cloud/cprrb/op-process-definitions-get.html
e.g. GET /bpm/api/4.0/process-definitions
rest response does not list the target PCS application definition.
Or , while trying to create a process instance using rest api as per documentation for target PCS process,
https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/process-cloud/cprrb/op-processes-post.html
e.g. GET /bpm/api/4.0/processes
user gets a rest response stating user does not have access to the process definition.
