Documents Marked As Public In Lightbox Are Not Visible To Other Sales Team Members (Doc ID 2507377.1)

Symptoms

 

In newly provisioned PODs in 18 c release the below issue is observed with Lightbox functionality . 

 In Lightbox ,  Sales Manager has shared a document and marked it as Public so that other Sales team members  can access it. Other Sales Reps/ team members  are not able to access this document marked as Public by Sales Manager. Admin is able to view document marked as Public by Sales Manager.
