OAC-Essbase: Unable to load data from SQL Server Database. Getting Error: Query post for the REST data source failed with error (Doc ID 2507688.1)

Symptoms

When trying to build dimension using Data source conneciton to Microsoft SQL Server to the OAC Essbase, the data can be successfully previewed from the data source connection.
However, running the data load job failed and raised error “"Query post for the REST data source failed with error []" was returned.”.
