The Refine List URL Is Not Displaying The Correct List When Searched Using URL In CRM Production (Doc ID 2507728.1)

We have issues with Refined List. Under "Search" drop down on the top left corner of the screen, select 'Cases' .The list of Cases created with same Order is showing up correctly in CRMOD. When copying the Refine List URL and pasting in different tab of Firefox or chrome its working fine with the correct result. However, if the same Refine List URL is copied from Firefox to Chrome, the search Refined List is different.  Also tried to use the URL from Firefox to Firefox and from Chrome to Chrome and its working fine. However, the issue is from Chrome to Firefox, Firefox to IE and visa versa.

Refine List URL should trigger the correct result irrespective of any browser.

Not working as expected.

Search-Cases with Order Number
The Search Result gives the result matching the Order Number
Copy the Search Result URL from Firefox browser to a Chrome browser
The Search Result is not the same.
