In the Field Mobile App, Why is a Picture That Was Selected For the Photo Album, But Canceled Out, Still Showing in the Job Pics Folder? (Doc ID 2507882.1)

On Version 18.10 of Field Mobile:
1. Go to QAQC to create new QC Issue.
2. Enter in Area, Description, Responsible Party.
3. Go to Attachments tab, select the chain link icon.
4. Select 'Photo album.'
5. Tap on any picture.
6. Hit the X on the top left of the screen. Do not hit attach or Save Screenshot.
7. Sync tablet.

Go to the Web, go to Files App, go to System folder, Job Pics, Issues. You will see the photo from your photo album there.

The photo is not technically 'Attached' to the Issue and does not show up as a photo on Mobile in 'Attachments,' but does appear in Files under the Job Pics, Issue folder.
