Account Address of FIRST Appointment Keeps Repeating for all Follow Appointments

INCORRECT ACCCOUNT ADDRESS ON APPOINTMENT
I have a Sales Rep, who is updating his calendar from yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
Each entry is listing the Appoint Type, Account Name and Number, AN ADDRESS, and then the purpose as entered in the Appointment.
Result: Every Calendar Appointment lists the SAME ADDRESS as the first one that was made.
QUESTION: Is there a setting to not display the address?
