Cloud Config file upload ERROR: Failed to connect using token or username **** with password (Doc ID 2507965.1)

Symptoms

Automated backup script in DBaas will take backup of configuration files to Cloud storage through curl command.

This backup failed with below error message.

 

OBKUP:: Compressing config files into tar files

OBKUP:: Uploading config files to cloud storage

Starting OSS

Logfile is /var/opt/oracle/log/oss/oss_<date>.log

Config file is /var/opt/oracle/oss/oss.cfg

ERROR: Failed to connect using token or username ******* with password

WARNING: Failed to connect using user ******* with password, check log file

ERROR: Failed to connect using token or username ******* with password

OBKUP::ERROR Cannot upload config file tar

Cloud Storage Command: /var/opt/oracle/oss/oss -dbname <DBNAME> -base $HOSTNAME-ID> -putfile /u03/app/oracle/fast_recovery_area/<DBNAME>/oscfgfiles/<date>/oscfgfiles_<date_log>.tar.gz

OBKUP::ERROR Cannot complete config files backup
