Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

Groovy to insert row in account relationship results in error: You must enter a value for the created-by-module attribute of the entity RelationshipEO. (HZ-120759)

There are custom relationships for Account to Account, Account to Contact, Contact to Contact, and Contact to Account.
For the sub-tabs in which there is self-referencing relationship, when selecting specific values, the error is thrown.
