Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

After weekend maintenance process was completed, users are not able to create Opportunities, as Create Opportunity is missing from Account page.

 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
1. Able to create Opportunities from Accounts Page - Instead Blank Screen is shown

2. For the Custom Attribute - Opportunity Type > Different Layouts are shown. For some, the required Account Name is missing

3. Custom Attributes - Product related Choice list values are not showing any values


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Accounts > Opportunities > Create - Blank Screen

2. The Account Name is missing in few Page Layouts

3. Custom attribute - Products Choice list field values are missing

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create Opportunites - Production severely impacted
