Symptoms

User while attempting to open up Transfer Details in RMS, screen times out and does not return data.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to RMS.
2. Navigate to Tasks, Inventory, Transfers, Manage Transfers.
3. Search type "Store Requisition".
4. Type in Transfer number.
5. Click "Search"
6. Notice the error.
