When attempting to inactivate personal payment method bank using HDL, the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Navigate to Data Exchange
2. HCM Data Loader / Import and Load Data
3. Import File / Import Local File / Browse- select zip -click submit button
