Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to upload a template type RTF, the following error occurs:
Internal error: File XYZ.rtf not uploaded. Try uploading the failed file again.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Sign into Unifier and navigate to: Company Workspace > Configuration> Custom Template > Template File > Add
- After selecting the Template Name, Template Type and Layout File, the reported error occurs.
