Error 'File <file name> not uploaded. Try uploading the failed file again' When Attempting to Upload a Template Type .rtf File (Doc ID 2508670.1)

When attempting to upload a template type RTF, the following error occurs:

Internal error: File XYZ.rtf not uploaded. Try uploading the failed file again.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Sign into Unifier and navigate to: Company Workspace > Configuration> Custom Template > Template File > Add
  2. After selecting the Template Name, Template Type and Layout File, the reported error occurs.
