When attempting to to import migration process from Test to Prod environment
the following error occurs.

EPMLCM-14000: Error reported from FDM Enterprise Edition.
/Global Setup Artifacts/Period Mapping :- EPMFDM-140023:Import for Period Mapping failed.
Due to this issue, users cannot import the DM(Data Management Cloud) application to their target.
