Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In First Approval of Performance Document, the First Approval Notification has been triggered to the Approver(Line Manager of Worker's Manager). Upon clicking the Notification, the pop up window is empty.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into Application as Performance Doc Approver
2. Click on the Approval Notification, It is Blank.
