OIC Is Not Updating OSVC New Custom Fields (Doc ID 2508808.1)

Symptoms

OIC is integrating with Oracle Service Cloud(OSVC). Part of that integration updates a contact in OSVC.

3 custom fields were added to OSVC service: contacts.c$mobile_phone, contacts.c$work_phone, contacts.c$time_zone

After adding those custom fields, OSVC connection in OIC was refreshed. New custom fields were coming up in mapping and everything looked as expected.

However when the integration was tested, the new fields were not getting updated in OSVC. The activity stream was showing that the new fileds were being populated but OSVC database was not being updated.
