When attempting to synchronize a Project, the following error occurs:
400 (Bad Request)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Field app on mobile device.
2. Open Project and try to sync.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot sync Project.
