Custom HTS Classification Codes Are Not Copied When Creating a Declaration From a Transaction (Doc ID 2508930.1)

Symptoms

When a declaration is created from a transaction. Classification Codes which are of HTS Type and gave an Alphanumeric value  are not being copied from the Transaction to the Declaration.
