Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Sublevel Values Not Available in Manage Geography Hierarchies (Doc ID 2509030.1)

Symptoms

Problem Description:

When adding sub-levels for a specific country via Geography Hierarchies, either all sub-levels or specific sub-levels are not available:

  1. Access Setup and Maintenance
  2. Select the Tasks icon on the right side, then select Search from the expanded menu 



  3. Search for and select the following task:  Geography Hierarchies
  4. Select the active hierarchy, or the hierarchy to be updated, from the list
  5. Drop-down on Actions and select Edit (or Duplicate to create a new version)
  6. Select the country to highlight the row, then select the button above to Add Sublevels 



Notice there are no values displayed under Search Results in the next window to add to Selected Items, or specific values are not displayed.
