When Individual User is attempting to access Instantis Via Single Sign On (SSO), the following error occurs:
"Oracle Instantis EnterpriseTrack
There was an error while trying to log you into the system or you do not have permission to access the system.
Please try again.
Error: - One or more of your login credentials is incorrect. Please try again...
STEPS to REPRODUCE
- Access your Instantis URL for SSO
- Enter credentials that work in other SSO applications
- Receive message.
