Why Quote Line, In Sales, Cannot Be Displayed, After Up Grade R19A?? (Doc ID 2509337.1)

On  : 11.13.19.01.0 version, CX Integration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Why quote line, in sales, Cannot be displayed, after up grade R19A??

Your users Sales representative, Sales Manager , Partner representative were able to see quote details in sales (read mode) .
Now after Release R19A. All of them cannot access quote details.
Only the users with administrator job role can access quote details in sales

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectancy is to be able to access quote details.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. upon upgrading to 19A the quote details are not available to be reviewed.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot review the quote details. which is impacting their day to day activities while creating quotes in production
