Earnings Is Missing For Participant Due To Failed Calculation Process

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The Earnings are missing for some participants in prior period (eg. Q2-2018). These participants already have payments paid for that period.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for earnings for Q2 in Manage Earnings
Participant = <Participant Name>
Plan Component = Order 1
Can see earnings for Q1, Q3, and Q4 but not for Q2
2. Confirmed credited transactions exists for Q2 and in Eligible status in Manage Credits
