Symptoms
A few Legal employers are getting the following error when trying to hire a new employee:
The Legislative Data Group (LDG) is not attached at the Payroll Statutory Unit (PSU) tab under the Manage Legal Entity HCM Information Task. While trying to edit, the LDG is appearing but is not getting saved. Even after saving again, the LDG field is still blank when Reopening again.
To fix this error, try attaching the LDG in the Payroll Statutory Information tab under the Manage Legal Entity HCM Information tab.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
- Go to Manage Work Force Structures.
- Search for the Manager Legal Entity HCM Information task.
- Search for the Legal Employer and attach LDG under the Payroll Statutory Unit tab.
